Festival Guide · 2026
Festival Packing List.
Camping gear, clothing, food, drinks, hygiene, documents, tech — complete and sorted by category. For the campsite, for the group, for every festival.
Most festival disasters aren't caused by missing items — they're caused by missing coordination. Who's bringing the canopy? How much water does the group need? The list is a start. Good communication does the rest.

For the group
Better coordinated.
Agree on quantities, don't guess
Water, charcoal, and camping gear either gets packed three times over or completely forgotten. Decide in advance who brings how much — and write it down somewhere everyone can see it, not buried in a group chat.
Split the big gear
Canopy, camping table, cool box: one set is enough for the whole group. Coordinate who packs what and who has space in their car — otherwise you end up with four canopies and no charcoal.
Personal items stay personal
Clothing, documents, and medication are each person's responsibility. A shared list works best for group gear. Two lists, one overview — that's the system.
Save the list for next year
What was missing, what was overkill? Note it down right after the festival — next time your packing list is half done before you start.
Next step
Shared list for the crew — together.
PackShare turns this list into a shared planning board for your group: who brings what, who buys what — live, without the group chat chaos.
